Citicorp Seeks To Intervene In Tousa Lenders' Appeal

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 5:23 PM EDT) -- Citicorp North America Inc. has asked to intervene in a dispute between a group of Tousa Inc. lenders and Tousa's unsecured creditors, saying the outcome will determine whether the banking giant can recover $200 million on behalf of a separate group of lenders.
