SG Asks High Court To Turn Down Retroactivity Case

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 2:23 PM EDT) -- The solicitor general has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to not consider a case that calls into question whether the executive branch is free to take retroactive action if it asserts that an earlier interpretation of the law was wrong.
