SG Says KBR's Combat Liability Not Ripe For Cert

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 1:44 PM EDT) -- Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal has recommended that the U.S. Supreme Court deny certiorari to the wife of a wounded soldier who is seeking to hold defense contractor KBR Inc. responsible for her husband's injuries.
