Nucor Intervenes In Hyosung Steel Duty Challenge

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 12:39 PM EDT) -- Nucor Corp. has intervened on behalf of the U.S. in a lawsuit filed by Hyosung Corp. challenging the government's preliminary finding that the Korean steel exporter should be slapped with a steep 32.7 percent anti-dumping duty on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate.

Judge Richard W. Goldberg of the U.S. Court of International Trade granted Nucor leave to intervene Friday.
