Special Master Affirmed In DuPont Marketing Case

Law360, New York (June 2, 2010, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The Georgia Supreme Court has affirmed the appointment of a special master in a proposed class action accusing DuPont Co. and a mobile home parts supplier of fraudulently marketing the resin Delrin.

In a unanimous opinion issued Tuesday, the high court affirmed the appointment but remanded the case so the trial court could set limits on the special master's authority and meet other requirements of Uniform Superior Court Rule 46.
