Fazoli's Hit With FLSA Suit Over Manager Wages

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 7:00 PM EDT) -- Fazoli's Restaurant Group Inc. has been slapped with a proposed collective action accusing the Italian restaurant chain of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay its general and assistant general managers overtime.
