Zurich, St. Paul Square Off Over $16M Weld Claims

Law360, New York (June 2, 2010, 6:22 PM EDT) -- St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. and Zurich American Insurance Co. have filed opposing motions for summary judgment in a battle over $16 million in claims for repairing defective welds at a Texas power plant, each alleging they have no duty to cover the repairs.
