Air Traffic Controllers' FAA Dispute Back In Play

Law360, New York (June 2, 2010, 3:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has revived a bid by the national air traffic controllers union to force a federal panel to negotiate its impasse with the Federal Aviation Administration, rejecting a court's ruling that it lacked jurisdiction over the fight.

The appeals court on Tuesday remanded the National Air Traffic Controllers Association's suit against the Federal Service Impasses Panel and the Federal Labor Relations Authority to the federal district court.
