NJ High Court OKs Duane Morris Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (June 3, 2010, 8:14 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court has rejected a challenge to a ruling that let a former shipping executive's malpractice suit against Duane Morris LLP to go forward, holding that a client who claims to have entered into a settlement based on negligent advice may pursue a legal malpractice action without seeking to vacate the deal first.
