Judge Finds In Favor Of Xerox Employees

Law360 (January 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A court has ruled in favor of more than 100 Xerox employees in the latest chapter of a long-running dispute over the company’s retirement benefits plan.

Judge David Larimer of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York ordered Xerox to recalculate workers’ benefits without consideration for a “phantom account” that would have retroactively reduced their entitlements.
