US Concrete Wins Disclosure Statement Approval

Law360, New York (June 8, 2010, 3:56 PM EDT) -- U.S. Concrete Inc. has won court approval of its Chapter 11 disclosure statement, bringing it one step closer to completing a prepackaged restructuring plan.

Judge Peter J. Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the disclosure statement Friday.

He also set a July 23 confirmation hearing for U.S. Concrete's reorganization plan, with a July 9 deadline for objections.
