FWS To Finalize Protections For Some Penguins

Law360, New York (June 7, 2010, 2:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has agreed to finalize its determinations for seven species of penguin it said were threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act as part of a pact with the Center For Biological Diversity and the Turtle Island Restoration Network.
