ITC To Conduct Full Reviews Of Magnesium Duties

Law360, New York (June 7, 2010, 12:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to conduct full five-year reviews of anti-dumping duty orders on magnesium imported from China and Russia.

The ITC announced its vote Friday, saying it had received enough comments since launching the five-year reviews in February to warrant full, rather than expedited, investigations.

The commission will now consider whether revoking the existing anti-dumping duties would lead to a recurrence or continuance of any harm to U.S. industry.
