J&J Seeks Dismissal Of Omnicare Kickback Case

Law360, New York (June 8, 2010, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Johnson & Johnson has asked a federal judge to toss the government's lawsuit accusing it of paying tens of millions in kickbacks to induce long-term care pharmacy Omnicare Inc. to recommend its drugs, arguing that the alleged kickbacks were standard, lawful agreements.
