Prop. 65 Claim Nixed In Kinder Morgan Fuel Plume Suit

Law360, New York (June 9, 2010, 7:03 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has slimmed down the city of San Diego's suit against Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP, nixing one of its claims against the pipeline giant in a suit accusing the company of taking too long to clean up a fuel plume that contaminated groundwater on a section of property owned by the city.
