Funai Asks ITC Judge To Stay Digital TV Case

Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Funai Electric Co. Ltd. has asked a U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge to stay or extend its digital television patent case against TPV Technology Ltd., Vizio Inc. and others while it asks a federal appeals court to reconsider its decision that some of the respondents' products didn't infringe Funai's patent.
