ArcelorMittal, US Steel End Dumping Fight With DOC

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 4:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has reached a preliminary settlement with ArcelorMittal Dofasco Inc. and U.S. Steel Corp. in the companies' fight to halt a steel dumping review.

Judge Timothy C. Stanceu of the U.S. Court of International Trade signed off Wednesday on the dismissal of the case, which the steel companies filed after the DOC refused to halt a review that it had initiated at their request.
