Raytheon Accused Of Stealing Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (January 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Airframe Systems Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Raytheon Co. and a former Airframe employee, accusing them of a conspiracy that culminated in the theft of the plaintiff’s source code, which Raytheon then allegedly used to upgrade aircraft fleet maintenance software it had licensed from Airframe.

The lawsuit, filed Friday in federal court in Boston, also names L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. and subsidiary L-3 Communications Corp. as defendants.
