ITA Keeps 7.79% Duty On Indian Pigment Co.

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 12:52 PM EDT) -- India's Alpanil Industries will remain subject to countervailing duties on its carbazole violet pigment 23 product following the U.S. Department of Commerce's finding that the company benefited from government subsidies.

In a Federal Register notice Friday announcing the final result of an administrative review of the duties, Commerce's International Trade Administration said its conclusions did not differ from preliminary results issued in January.
