Commerce Holds Firm On Steel Pipe Duties

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has confirmed that with one exception, companies in Turkey and Taiwan will have to continue to pay anti-dumping duties on welded carbon steel pipes and tubes exported to the United States.

Commerce's International Trade Administration preliminarily upheld the duties as the result of two separate reviews published on Thursday and Friday in the Federal Register. Both reviews cover the period of May 1, 2008, through April 30, 2009.
