Ex-SpatiaLight CEO Settles SEC's Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 6:32 PM EDT) -- The former CEO of SpatiaLight Inc. and another company he controls have agreed to pay $180,000 to settle allegations that they committed fraud and violated the registration and reporting requirements of the federal securities laws.

Judge Maxine M. Chesney of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California signed an injunctive and monetary judgment Thursday, putting an end to most of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's case against SpatiaLight, former CEO Robert Olins and Argyle Capital Management Corp.
