Home Depot Appeals $23.5M Saw Safety Patent Loss

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 1:38 PM EDT) -- The Home Depot USA Inc. has decided to appeal a nearly $23.5 million judgment against it in a patent infringement suit accusing the home improvement retailer of stealing a former contractor's idea for a saw safety device.
