Police Overtime Suit Moves Closer To Trial

Law360 (January 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A court has cleared the way for a group of police officers to proceed with an overtime wage dispute against the city of Los Angeles.

A judge in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California denied the city of Los Angeles’ motion for summary judgment on Jan. 23, setting the case on track for trial.
