Kobre & Kim Barred From FINRA Lehman Arbitration

Law360, New York (June 14, 2010, 5:57 PM EDT) -- A New York state court judge has disqualified Kobre & Kim LLP from representing a client in arbitration with former employees of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., finding that a new firm partner's previous role in the U.S. Department of Justice's criminal investigation into Lehman's sale of auction rate securities posed a conflict of interest.
