Freshfields Reps Sara Lee In €154M SC Johnson Deal

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 6:06 PM EDT) -- Sara Lee Corp. said Tuesday it had agreed to sell its remaining household insecticide businesses to SC Johnson for €153.5 million ($189.3 million) as it looks to focus on its core food and beverage businesses.

The deal, which is expected to close at the end of 2010, includes brands such as Ridsect, Bloom, Catch, Cucal, Pyrel, Vapona and Fumitox. It is part of Sara Lee's international household and body care business.
