Alpine Wants King & Spalding Off Plastic Duty Case

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 5:15 PM EDT) -- Louisiana-based plastic company Alpine Plastics Inc. has asked a federal judge to disqualify King & Spalding LLP as counsel for a group of rival companies in a case over the distribution of anti-dumping and countervailing duties to U.S. companies, saying the firm already has a relationship with Alpine.
