Integrity Trustee's Case Not Up To Snuff: 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 3:56 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a decision to throw out a case brought by the Chapter 7 trustee for bank holding company Integrity Bancshares Inc., parent of the failed Integrity Bank, against officers of both companies over alleged mismanagement and risky lending practices.
