ITC Supports Nixing Dumping Order On French Sorbitol

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 4:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted unanimously to revoke an anti-dumping duty order on sorbitol imports from France, saying it does not believe the U.S. domestic injury remains in danger of recurring material injury.

The decision clears the way for the U.S. Department of Commerce to officially revoke the order, an ITC spokesperson told Law360 Wednesday.
