Sara Lee Workers Get Another Shot At FLSA Claims

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 7:50 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has granted hourly workers at Sara Lee Corp. the chance to amend their lawsuit to include claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, rather than file an altogether new — and likely time-barred — donning and doffing case against the bakery.
