DOC Levies Dumping Rates On Chinese Crawfish Cos.

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 3:14 PM EDT) -- In a preliminary finding, the U.S. Department of Commerce has assessed anti-dumping duty margins of up to 42 percent against a group of Chinese exporters the agency says imported freshwater crawfish tail meat into the U.S. at less than normal value.

The agency made its preliminary determination public in a notice published Friday in the Federal Register, finding that the exporters were on the hook for dumping margins of between 5.44 percent and 41.95 percent.
