Paul Weiss, Lowenstein Sanctioned In Perelman Suit

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 12:19 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey judge has doled out sanctions to lawyers from Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP and Lowenstein Sandler PC, saying they helped billionaire Ronald O. Perelman pursue a frivolous claim to inherit half the estate of his disabled 84-year-old father-in-law.
