Oil Spill Defendants Bring On Major Firms

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 4:04 PM EDT) -- As litigation piles up in Florida over the BP PLC oil spill, the corporate defendants have retained some of the state's — and the country's — major firms to take on claims for property and other economic damages.
