Antitrust Claims Filed In GPS Suit

Law360 (January 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Global Locate Inc. has filed court papers accusing SiRF Technology Inc. of violating federal antitrust laws, marking the latest salvo in a legal battle over global positioning system (GPS) technology that began when SiRF filed a patent infringement suit against Global Locate in December.
