US Pasta Cos. Seek 2nd Remand In Duties Dispute

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 5:22 PM EDT) -- Several domestic pasta manufacturers have opposed the U.S. Department of Commerce's remand determination in its administrative review of an anti-dumping duty order on pasta imported from Italy, arguing that the agency should continue to apply an “all others” rate to pasta imported by Italy's Atar S.r.L.

The domestic companies, American Italian Pasta Co., Dakota Growers Pasta Co. and New World Pasta Co., on Tuesday asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to remand the case to the Commerce Department for a second time.
