Quinn Emanuel Moves Toward Trial In $15M Fee Spat

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 6:10 PM EDT) -- Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP has reportedly moved one step closer to facing former client Tele Atlas BV at trial on allegations that the law firm milked the company for $15 million in fees in an antitrust case against a rival GPS company.

Quinn Emanuel lost a motion for summary judgment against its former client Tuesday, according to The Recorder.
