Dispersant Maker Sued Over Gulf Spill Response

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 4:17 PM EDT) -- Nalco Co., the maker of a dispersant used in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill cleanup, has joined BP PLC as a defendant in spill-related suits with the filing of a federal class action that claims the company's Corexit 9500 is four times more toxic than the oil itself.
