Arnold & Porter Advises Savvis In $121M Fusepoint Deal

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 12:43 PM EDT) -- Web hosting provider Savvis Inc. has finalized its acquisition of managed information technology and co-location services provider Fusepoint Inc. for $121 million in cash, a move that positions Savvis to enter the Canadian hosting market.

Savvis completed the deal Wednesday, two weeks after announcing its intent to purchase Toronto-based Fusepoint, a portfolio company of M/C Venture Partners.

Savvis said it funded the acquisition through available cash and by upsizing its revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance LLC to $150 million.
