Wendy's Seeks To Nix Lawyerless Franchisee's Suit

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Wendy's International Inc. has renewed its bid to toss a franchisee's antitrust and breach of contract suit over the fast-food giant's rules requiring restaurant owners to purchase food supplies from two company-approved vendors, arguing that the plaintiff has failed to properly prosecute the action.
