Fosamax Plaintiff Takes The Stand

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 7:47 PM EDT) -- Elderly Florida woman Shirley Boles told jurors Thursday that she suffered sharp, radiating pain from a jawbone condition allegedly caused by Merck & Co. osteoporosis drug Fosamax, offering much stronger words than in the past to describe the discomfort.
