Ex-Prudential Manager Wins Age Bias Case

Law360, New York (January 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former branch manager with Prudential Securities Inc has been awarded $900,000 by the financial services regulator after he claimed the firm demoted him soon after he turned 60.

The National Association of Securities Dealers arbitration panel sided with ex-Oklahoma City branch manager Carl Busch, who alleged Prudential was guilty of age discrimination.
