Campbell Soup Recalls 15M Pounds Of SpaghettiOs

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 12:09 PM EDT) -- Lovers of Campbell Soup Co.'s canned classic SpaghettiOs have a new reason to sing “Uh-Oh!” after a recall Friday of 15 million pounds of the pasta over underprocessed meatballs.

The company and the U.S. Department of Agriculture said three varieties of meatball SpaghettiOs were subject to recall, all with a use-by date between June 2010 and December 2011.

A malfunctioning cooker was discovered in a routine warehouse inspection at the company's Plano, Texas, facility, according to the company.
