Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 7:12 PM EDT) -- The United Potato Growers of America Inc. and a slew of other defendants ran afoul of the Sherman Act and pushed up potato prices by engaging in a scheme to fix and inflate prices for spuds, according to a putative class action suit filed Friday.
