Obama Taps NLRB Vet For General Counsel's Role

Law360, New York (June 21, 2010, 6:29 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama has appointed veteran National Labor Relations Board attorney Lafe Solomon to take over the agency's highest-ranking legal position from Ronald Meisburg, who recently left for Proskauer Rose LLP.

Solomon took over the role of acting general counsel, the board's top investigative and prosecutorial position, effective Monday, the NLRB said in a statement.
