High Court Won't Hear Venue Dispute In Ford Tire Case

Law360, New York (June 21, 2010, 2:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to take up a petition challenging an appeals court’s intervention in a multidistrict proceeding that allowed Ford Motor Co. and Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC to dismiss a series of products liability lawsuits brought by Mexican residents.
