9th Circ. Partially Revives Title Insurance Class Action

Law360, New York (June 21, 2010, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court partially revived a class action Monday alleging First American Title Insurance Co., a title insurance underwriter, illegally paid millions of dollars to title insurance agencies in exchange for exclusively using First American to underwrite their policies.
