Commerce Tweaks Rates In Antiseptic Chemical Review

Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 6:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has adjusted the byproduct offset calculations and lowered the dumping margin in its second review of its rate determination for chlorinated isocyanurates from China.

The agency on Friday released the final results of redetermination pursuant to a U.S. Court of International Trade voluntary remand order, reversing its earlier decision to deny plaintiff Hebei Jiheng Chemical Co. Ltd. a byproduct offset for recycled hydrogen gas.
