Consultants At WellCare Unit Launch OT Action

Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A pair of former Comprehensive Health Management Inc. employees has launched a putative class action accusing the managed care services provider of violating federal and state labor laws by failing to pay its benefits consultants overtime wages.
