Unfazed By Judge, Salazar Vows New Drilling Ban

Law360, New York (June 23, 2010, 10:49 AM EDT) -- Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar confirmed to lawmakers Wednesday that the Obama administration would be using its executive authority to issue a new temporary ban on deepwater drilling after a federal court ruling invalidated the first moratorium put in place.
