Tom Canova Joins Baker & Hostetler As IP Partner

Law360, New York (July 15, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Thomas A. Canova, previously of now-defunct intellectual property specialty firm Pennie & Edmonds, has joined Baker & Hostetler LLP as a partner in its New York office.

Canova, with over 20 years experience, represents clients in the full range of intellectual property litigation, including bench and jury trials and appeals, the firm said.

Canova has litigated trademark, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, and domain name cases, noteworthy copyright disputes, and complex patent matters and IP-related antitrust claims, according to Baker & Hostetler.
