US Wants Indian Shrimp Importers' Duty Suits Nixed

Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 5:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government has asked the Court of International Trade to toss two lawsuits brought by importers of frozen shrimp from India that allege anti-dumping duties were improperly applied to their merchandise.

The government filed motions to dismiss on Thursday in a pair of lawsuits brought by shrimp importers Sathayam International Trading PVT Ltd. and Mass Impex.
